A member of the Transportation, Auto, Products & General Liability Defense Trial Group, Michael Brown represents commercial trucking companies in general civil litigation and insurance defense. Michael previously worked at the firm as a 2020 summer law clerk.

Michael earned his law degree from Arizona State University, graduating magna cum laude. He is a recipient of the Sandra Day O’Connor Merit Scholarship and a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar. Michael served as an Articles Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal and as an advocate on the ASU Law Trial Team. He was an active member of the ASU Mock Trial Team, where he handled case themes, opening and closing arguments, and direct and cross-examinations. Michael’s writing and research skills were further reinforced through a judicial externship at the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona for the Honorable Magistrate Judge John Z. Boyle, and a judicial internship at the Maricopa County Superior Court for the Honorable Judge Garcia.

Michael earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany. He worked through undergrad and before law school in the hospitality and tourism industry around the country. Today, Michael applies those strong client communication and service skills to his law practice.

In his spare time, Michael plays basketball, trains for marathons, and spends time with his dog, Augie.
