Melissa Becker is a Legal Nurse Consultant with more than 25 years of experience providing healthcare and litigation support services in complex medical and legal matters. She assists attorneys with medical record review and analysis, case evaluation, medical chronologies, expert witness coordination, deposition preparation, and trial support. Her experience encompasses both plaintiff and defense litigation in civil and criminal cases, as well as risk assessment, pharmacovigilance, and healthcare compliance matters.

Through her independent consulting practice, Melissa Becker has worked closely with attorneys nationwide to analyze medical evidence, identify key clinical issues, develop case strategies, and support successful case resolution. She also previously served as Director of Prelitigation and Legal Nurse Consultant for a multi-state personal injury practice, where she managed case investigations, clinical evaluations, and pre-suit case development.

In addition to her legal consulting experience, Melissa has an extensive clinical nursing background spanning critical care, emergency medicine, cardiovascular services, radiology, recovery care, case management, and long-term care. She has also served as a Deputy Coroner, bringing additional expertise in death investigations, forensic documentation, and medical-legal analysis.
