Melissa Lekha joins JSH bringing 10 years of legal experience to our Healthcare Trial Group. Melissa will be handling medical malpractice and other matters for providers and facilities. Her areas of expertise include witness investigations, medical record analysis, motion drafting, and trial preparation. She has served as first chair in jury and bench trials.

After earning her J.D. from Arizona Summit Law School, Melissa was a teaching assistant, as well as a graduate fellow at their legal clinic, where she focused on a variety of practice areas and managed/trained new student externs. Her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice is from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York.

In her spare time, Melissa enjoys traveling the world and sampling the local dishes of foreign lands as a way to connect with different cultures, in addition to uncovering heartfelt stories and experiencing traditions that have been passed down through generations.
