Victoria Bindrup
Associate Attorney
UtahVictoria Bindrup has joined the JSH office in Salt Lake City, where she will handle a wide variety of general civil litigation cases, including premises liability, product liability, homeowner association law, wrongful death, automotive liability defense, construction defect, and medical malpractice defense.
Victoria earned her J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she was a moot court staff member and an active member of the Women’s Law Student Association and the Loyola Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Utah Valley University, where she served as Chief of Staff for the Utah Student Association and pursued a minor in Russian Studies, including studying abroad and volunteering in the Dominican Republic to teach English.
Her professional background includes all aspects of medical malpractice defense and real estate law. Victoria and her husband, a real estate broker, have successfully invested in multiple properties. Victoria also has prior experience in contract drafting, Fair Housing Act issues, landlord and tenant disputes, leases, and disputes between owners and association. Victoria is proficient in Russian and Ukrainian.
Outside of the law, Victoria enjoys traveling with her husband, attending Utah Jazz basketball games, and skiing in the winter.
