As Paralegal Manager, Victoria provides strategic leadership for the firm’s paralegals and legal nurse consultants across all offices, overseeing a team of more than 50 professionals. She works closely with the Director of Administration and the Director of Human Resources to support firmwide operations, efficiency, and productivity.

Victoria joined the firm in 2021, bringing with her two decades of experience in the Albuquerque legal community. She began her career at the firm as a paralegal supporting the Transportation, Auto, Products, and General Liability practice groups. Throughout her career, her work has been dedicated exclusively to civil litigation defense. Her expertise spans a broad range of complex civil litigation matters, including mass torts, dramshop liability, employment law, wrongful death, legal malpractice, trucking and transportation litigation, products liability, and medical malpractice.
