The Maricopa County Bar Association (MCBA) Real Estate, Construction, and Environmental Sections hosted a virtual CLE program, “So Your Client Wants to Develop Some Land,” on Tuesday, June 2, 2020. JSH attorney John Gregory presented an overview of construct defect claims from start to finish, including issues that may arise after building is complete.
The three-hour CLE explored the process of land development and potential issues, including:

Potential issues when tearing down existing structures, including historic designations, native American artifacts, bodies

How to deal with expansive soils
