Our firm is excited to announce the arrival of two law school students to our 2026 Summer Associate Program in the JSH Utah office. Laura Lydiksen and Jacob Dayley will work with multiple attorneys, manage research and writing projects, and observe hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations, while learning about the day-to-day practice of law in the private sector. They will participate in the weekly summer associate training sessions and enjoy several social outings with the JSH attorneys.

Laura Lydiksen earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in English from BYU-Idaho, where she was the President of the the Women in Business Society and a teaching associate. She also won the Woody Deem 2023 Trial Advocacy Competition.  Laura spent some time in Arizona and Indiana working with a law firm and the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, and is currently at the J. Jacob Dayley attended Utah State University, receiving his Bachelor of Science cum laude in Mathematics and an Associate of Science/General Education. He also attends the J.
