Chelsey is the firm’s fourth partner to be admitted to the invitation-only organization, joining FDCC past-president Donald Myles, Michael Ludwig and Josh Snell.

Chelsey practices in the areas of general civil litigation and insurance defense. She focuses her practice on defending clients in complex litigation cases involving wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, products liability, and social host liability. Chelsey regularly represents clients in cases involving assault, battery, sexual abuse, and self-defense. As a result, she has developed a concentration dealing with the complex interplay between criminal investigations and the civil lawsuits that often follow.

Active in the legal community, Chelsey is a member of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association, Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, Defense Research Institute, National LGBT Bar Association, and Association of Defense Trial Attorneys. Within the firm, Chelsey serves on the Recruiting Committee, Diversity & Inclusion Committee, and leads the summer associate and mentorship programs.
