Justin Ackerman
Justin represents clients in federal and state appellate matters in cases involving excessive force, wrongful death, personal injury, bad faith, and premises liability. He has handled over 75 appeals, successfully arguing before the Arizona Court of Appeals, Arizona Supreme Court, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
He earned his law degree, summa cum laude, from the Phoenix School of Law and his undergraduate degree in political science from Arizona State University.

John Gregory
John represents clients in a variety of industries, including construction, hospitality and child care. He focuses his defense practice in the areas of construction defect, dram shop liability and general civil defense litigation.
He earned his legal degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, his master’s in journalism from Georgetown University, and his undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of Arizona.

Joel Habberstad
Joel focuses his practice on transportation and general liability defense. Before pursuing his law degree, Joel worked as a sales professional in the financial services industry.
He earned his law degree from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and his undergraduate degree in business administration and risk management, magna cum laude, from Washington State University.
