Jones, Skelton & Hochuli, PLC is pleased to announce Kimberly Page, Erica Spurlock, and Cory Tyszka were recently elevated to the position of partner.

Meet each of the firm’s newest partners below.

Kimberly Page
Kimberly focuses her practice on retail/hospitality liability, products liability, wrongful death and personal injury defense, commercial/business litigation, and other general liability matters. She also is experienced in professional liability and construction defect matters.

Kimberly earned her law degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University while volunteering with the Hofstra Law Criminal Justice Clinic, where she represented indigent clients in the Nassau County District Court and Queens County Criminal Court, providing clients comprehensive legal representation, from initial interview to sentencing.

Erica Spurlock
Erica focuses her litigation practice in the areas of automobile, commercial trucking, and other personal injury, wrongful death and general liability defense. She represents healthcare providers involved in mental health cases, overseeing Court Ordered Treatment Plans, and other Title 36 matters.

Erica, who earned her law degree from Boston University School of Law, was a summer law clerk for Jones, Skelton & Hochuli and has practiced with the firm since she was licensed in 2015. In her practice, she has obtained favorable outcomes for many of her clients through motion practice, settlement negotiations, arbitrations, and trials in state and federal court – most recently a defense verdict in a wrongful death suit.

Cory Tyszka
Cory focuses her practice in the areas of medical malpractice and health care liability defense, products liability, and wrongful death and personal injury defense. She also represents all manner of medical service providers – including hospitals, physicians, and nurses – as well as pharmaceutical and supplement manufacturers.

Cory earned her law degree from Arizona State’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. She built a solid foundation for her medical legal practice by earning B.A. in Biology from Wheaton College (MA). Cory continued her medical academic career in the Cancer Biology Interdisciplinary Program at the University of Arizona. Cory also has experience as a research technician at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and she served as a law clerk for the Hon. Rebecca White Berch, retired Chief Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court.
