Richard Brown uses his previous experience in the Community Protection Bureau at the Pima County Attorney’s Office to defend companies against third-party claims. As a member of the firm’s Transportation, Automobile Products, and General Liability Trial Group, he represents municipalities and retail companies. He also has experience handling all stages of litigation, including jury and bench trials, evidentiary hearings, oral arguments, restitution hearings, and other felony and misdemeanor hearings.
In his prior role as a Deputy County Attorney, Richard prosecuted a variety of cases including homicide, aggravated assault, burglary, auto-theft, fraud, and narcotics. Previous misdemeanor responsibilities included Animal Welfare Court and Behavioral Health Court specialty prosecutor.
In his spare time, Richard enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, golfing, disc golfing, and going to the movies.
